Switch in an afternoon. Keep your CRM.

You do not have to leave HubSpot to leave HubSpot forms. Maxiform replaces the form, the capture layer at the edge, and keeps pushing clean leads into the HubSpot you already run. Your CRM, your properties, your workflows, all stay exactly where they are.

This guide walks a single form from HubSpot to Maxiform. Budget about 20 minutes. Most of it is copying field labels and pasting one script tag.

What you keep

  • Your HubSpot CRM. It stays your system of record. Nothing migrates out of it.
  • Your properties. Each Maxiform field maps to the same HubSpot internal property name, so records land where they always did.
  • Your workflows and reporting. Leads still arrive as HubSpot contacts, so anything triggered off form submission keeps firing.

What gets better

HubSpot form Maxiform
Junk and disposable emails Static free-provider blocklist Multi-layer real-time validation, disposable and temp domains caught live
Someone types an email then leaves Nothing captured Lead captured the instant the email is valid
The moment after submit Thank-you page Qualified lead books a meeting on the spot
Editing a validation message Needs a developer Editable field, no code
Which field kills conversion Limited visibility Field-by-field drop-off analytics
Readable by AI agents No WebMCP-ready

The two that move pipeline the day you switch: junk stops reaching your CRM, and the leads who used to abandon silently now show up as real contacts you can follow.

Migrate in 5 steps

1. Recreate the form (or let the scanner do it)

Paste your live form's URL into the scanner on the migrate hub and we read the fields, labels, and required flags straight off the page, then drop you into the builder with a draft already filled in. Prefer to do it by hand? Open the builder, add each field, and set the email field to required. It is the validation target, so every Maxiform form has one.

2. Map your fields to HubSpot properties

For each field, set the HubSpot property it maps to (for example email, company, jobtitle). Use the same internal property names your HubSpot form used so records land in the same place. If you are not sure of a property's internal name, HubSpot lists it under Settings, Properties.

3. Reconnect HubSpot

In your Maxiform form settings, connect HubSpot with a Private App token (Settings, Integrations, Private Apps in HubSpot, with CRM write scope). This is the direct path: leads sync as contacts without touching your existing HubSpot forms. Paste the token, pick the target, done.

4. Swap the embed on your site

Delete the HubSpot form embed script and drop in the Maxiform snippet, one line, under 10KB. If the form lived on a landing page, replace it there. The Maxiform embed inlines its own critical CSS, so it renders instantly and inherits nothing awkward from the page around it.

If you routed submitters to a Calendly or Cal.com link on the thank-you page, paste that link into the form's calendar setting instead. Now a qualified lead books inline, right after submit, at the peak of intent. Then submit the form once with a real business email and confirm the contact appears in HubSpot. That test submit is the whole verification: if it lands in HubSpot, you are done.

FAQ

Do I have to move off HubSpot? No. Maxiform replaces HubSpot's built-in forms, not the CRM. HubSpot stays your system of record and receives leads exactly as it does now.

Will my HubSpot workflows still fire? Yes. Leads arrive as HubSpot contacts through the standard sync, so anything triggered off a new contact or form submission keeps working.

How do fields map to my HubSpot properties? Each Maxiform field carries the HubSpot internal property name you assign it. Use the same names your old form used and records land in the same properties.

How long does it actually take? About 20 minutes for one form: recreate it (or scan it), map the fields, connect HubSpot, swap one script tag, test a submit.

What happens to leads who abandon the form? Maxiform captures the email the moment it validates, so an abandon becomes a lead you can follow up instead of a submission that never happened.
