Switch in an afternoon. Keep your CRM.

Chili Piper's core promise is instant booking: a qualified lead submits and books a meeting on the spot. Maxiform does that same job, form plus real-time email validation plus a calendar the moment a lead qualifies, and it captures the leads who abandon before they ever get to the calendar.

Be clear-eyed about scope. Chili Piper also does lead routing and round-robin distribution across a sales team. Native routing and round-robin are on Maxiform's roadmap, not shipped today. If instant booking and clean capture are what you actually use Chili Piper for, you can switch now. If team routing is load-bearing for you, read the honest note below before you move.

This guide moves a single Chili Piper form and its inline booking to Maxiform. Budget about 30 minutes.

What you keep

  • Your CRM. Leads sync into the same CRM. Maxiform pushes clean records in; your system of record does not change.
  • Instant booking. A qualified lead still books a meeting inline, right after submit. Bring your Calendly or Cal.com link.
  • Your qualification intent. The calendar only appears on a qualified submit. Disqualified leads are still recorded, they just do not see a booking link.

Honest note on routing

Chili Piper distributes leads across reps with rules and round-robin. Maxiform does not do native routing or round-robin yet; those are Phase 2, not live today. Two practical paths in the meantime: keep leads flowing into your CRM and let your existing CRM assignment rules handle ownership, or use a per-form owner. If cross-team round-robin is the reason you bought Chili Piper, wait for that release or talk to us about timing before you switch. We would rather tell you that than sell you a gap.

Migrate in 5 steps

1. Recreate the form (or let the scanner do it)

Paste your live form's URL into the scanner on the migrate hub and we read the fields off the page into a draft. Open it in the builder, confirm each field, and make sure the email field is required. It is the validation target.

2. Connect your CRM

Point the form at your CRM so leads sync as they qualify. On HubSpot, connect a Private App token with CRM write scope and map each field to its property. Records land clean, ready for your existing assignment rules.

Paste the Calendly or Cal.com link your reps already use into the form's calendar setting. This is the instant-booking moment: the calendar appears inline the second a qualified lead submits, preloaded so it opens fast.

4. Swap the embed on your site

Replace the Chili Piper snippet on your page with the Maxiform embed, one line, under 10KB. If Chili Piper ran as a router that intercepted an existing form, remove that too; Maxiform is the form itself, so there is nothing to intercept.

5. Verify a test submit and a test booking

Submit the form with a real business email, confirm the lead reaches your CRM, and confirm the calendar appears on the qualified submit. Book a test slot and check it lands on the right calendar. That is the full verification: capture, sync, and booking, end to end.

FAQ

Does Maxiform do instant booking like Chili Piper? Yes. A qualified lead books a meeting inline, right after submit, using your Calendly or Cal.com link. The calendar is preloaded so it opens fast.

Does Maxiform route leads round-robin across my team? Not yet. Native routing and round-robin are on the roadmap, not shipped today. For now, leads sync into your CRM and you can use its assignment rules, or set a per-form owner.

Will disqualified leads still be captured? Yes. Every lead is recorded. Only qualified leads see the booking calendar; disqualified ones are logged so nothing is lost.

How long does it take to switch? About 30 minutes for one form: recreate it, connect your CRM, add your booking link, swap the embed, and run a test submit and booking.

Can I keep my existing calendar link? Yes. Paste your current Calendly or Cal.com link into the form and instant booking works with the same calendar your reps already use.
